There are four components which make up the personal computer system: the user, the software, hardware and the electric power, all of which work together to form the system as a whole. Each of these elements is essential to the system itself.
The user is the individual who executes the task through an electronic system. Its nature job depends on the application program or software that is needed to perform the task. The software that the user used requires certain hardware components to function properly.
The hardwares of the personal computer system comprise of components that is usually connected (the computer printer, monitor, and others). Hardware is defined since you are able to physically interact with the components. Softwares are programs since their function can only be utilized while the computer is ON. Software is a set or coded instructions that computers use to perform the user's tasks.
The user will only be able to access the computer when it's turned ON. If there isn't any electrical power to run your personal computer it will not operate. The capability of the personal computer system to manage its components is through an array of signals Microsoft Office that turn off and on.
This is how it works, when a person attempts to type a document or write a letter on his personal computer. The first thing the user does is to switch on the power for the computer. Selecting a Word Processor software in order to create the document. The user uses equipment, such as the keyboard to write down the text of the document. the written document is displayed onto the monitor screen. After the user has completed writing his/her document. The user can use program to tell the printer that they should print their document. The software is used in conjunction with the hardware components (the monitor, keyboard along with the printer) to accomplish the task the user asked for.
